Head protection is serious business and we treat it as such.  With close to fifteen years experience In the Aerospace industry, we have been a part of the ever changing world of composites.  New materials, guidelines and manufacturing techniques have evolved and our masks are part of this evolution. We follow these new guidelines and employ state-of-the-industry manufacturing techniques in our mask construction. Ours is not basic fiberglass construction!

Composite manufacturing is a science. Quantum uses no gel coat, no polyester resin, no mat fiberglass or open molds. We've developed proprietary mold technology, resin formulations and systems that guarantee optimum material-to-resin ratios. The result is a lighter, stronger, more consistent shell, time after time. Our facility is more of a lab than a factory.
